What is going on in the minds of the writers of our favorite tv shows this season. It seems there is something in the water for sure! Seems like the go to endings of all my favorite shows is get rid of senior cast members… interesting. Aparently they cannot come up with a better season finish? Lets recap some of my favorite shows and I will tell you why it worked and why it did not work… writers.. ya’ll should take notes!

Bones:

Shooting Booth and then on the finale bringing him back only to find out that the serial killer’s apprentice is our very lovable Dr. Zack Addy. I did not believe it. Not by a long shot. I liked how emotional they made it, but it was not believable. We loved Dr.Addy’s awkwardness and we will miss it! I do wonder if the “top 3rd in my class” girl will replace him though. (Did anyone else catch that?) So I am on the fence here really.

CSI Las Vegas

I already came to terms with Warrick Brown getting shot again, not as upset. Really seems like the CSI team needs a bit of a shake up! I think this could be a good thing. The writing has been hurt ever since the strike.. lets hope a new character brings back the ole Las Vegas charm, but we all know next season will be tracking and taking down Warrick’s murderer! Basically, I am bored with my all time favorite show and it sucks!

CSI Miami

hmmm.. I never really “loved” the show, but I love CSI so as a loyal viewer I watch. Horachio being shot doesn’t surprise me, nor am I sad. He just irritates me. He looks at all the kids and women like a child molester or rapist.. Its just creepy. Having him dead (if he even is.. could be in a “coma”) well I wouldn’t loose sleep over it. Again, it will shake up the team and the writers. I was intrigued by the cell phone text at the end. We shall see who killed him next season.. either his son, elizabeth berkley’s character or the boyfriend. Lets hope we aren’t so bored next season!

NCIS

Director Shepard gets killed. She already had a serious illness so her going out with a bang made since in a way we can all appreciate. It was done beautifully! I loved when Abbey fell to the floor and started crying! Perfect. Did they need to “transfer” ALL major cast members, no it is a bit of a stretch, but it kinda works in the scheme of things. The new ‘director’ needs to shake things up so he is in control not Gibbs. I have a feeling all members will be back by at least the 3rd episode investigating the new ‘director’. Knowing all this and thinking back to the “shredding paper” incident I am actually happy with how the writers did this. I honestly did not see it coming which is hard to do now a days. Bravo!

House

Amber is dies. Great episode. Amber was a beautiful character, but they could not really do too much more with her. I thought the writers did a beautiful ending with Wilson holding her! I loved how she said “Anger isn’t the last emotion I want to feel.” I cried my eyes out! Great writing! I loved seeing the sensitive side of House when he was in the coma. I look forward to the new episodes where House is trying to get Wilson back on his side and of coarse Wilson will be pissed at House for a long while. I also love how they finally revealed that “13″ has Hogskinslymphoma (sp?) I never remember her name, but adds more to her now! I think as a whole the show it totally worked! Bravo!
